How does SMARTDRIVE work?

Our chauffer will be dropped off from the requested pick up location to drive you and your own vehicle to the preferred destination.

How can I make a booking?

CSR’s are available to answer your inquiries. Just dial our number 040-2599799 / 050-9786633 or you can send a message thru WHATSAPP then only provide your Name, Mobile, Pickup Time and Location then Destination. Exact rate / charges of your booking will be given after confirmation.

What are the rates / charges?

Prices varies depending on the Pickup location and destination.
Outside Dubai or other Emirates have different rates / charges.

Where do you pick-up and drop-off?

We are operating within Dubai. We are also providing drivers coming and going to Dubai from all other Emirates.

Are there any additional charges?

- In every additional drop off there’s a 30 AED plus VAT that will be the added.
- Additional 50 plus VAT per hour for waiting charge.

How many minutes are your drivers / chauffeurs allowed to wait?

Our driver can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes from the booking time. Additional charges will be apply after.

Mode of payment

- We are accepting CASH and ONLINE bank transfer.

How do we cancel or amend a booking?

To cancel the booking, inform us at least 1-2 hours prior the booking time to avoid any charges.

Do you provide corporate drivers?

- Yes. We are providing corporate drivers weekly, monthly and yearly.

What are your other services aside from hiring a driver for a day?

Smart Drive providing drivers for Personal use, Corporate services, Valet Parking, Airport Pickup/Drop off and Car Service Pickup/Drop off.
